🌿食材:
▪️西米150g,細砂糖10g,溫水150g
▪️荔浦芋頭100g,紫薯粉1.5g,細砂糖20g,牛奶15g
▪️干桂花(裝飾用,沒有可不放)

🌿做法:
1️⃣芋頭蒸熟,+紫薯粉+糖+牛奶壓成泥,分成每個15g,揉圓
2️⃣西米+糖+溫水拌勻,蓋保鮮膜靜置半小時,揉成團,分成每個30g,揉圓
3️⃣取一份西米壓扁,包入芋泥餡,收口,放入模具按壓脫模(可裹少許玉米澱粉防粘)
4️⃣放入蒸籠,底部墊油紙,水開後蒸25分鐘,蒸好燜5分鐘,取出後可撒點桂花

🏷️tips:
✔️西米和溫水比例1:1,水必須是溫水,倒入後馬上拌勻
✔️內餡可以換成任意自己喜歡的
✔️第二天要吃可再蒸熱或微波爐叮一下

🌿Ingredients:
▪️150g tapioca pearls, 10g fine sugar, 150g warm water
▪️100g Lipu taro, 1.5g purple potato powder, 20g fine sugar, 15g milk
▪️Dried osmanthus (for decoration, you can leave it out if you don』t have it)

🌿Method:
1️⃣Steam the taro, + purple potato powder + sugar + milk into a paste, divide into 15g each, and knead into balls
2️⃣Mix tapioca pearls + sugar + warm water, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for half an hour, knead into a ball, divide into 30g each, and knead round
3️⃣Take a portion of tapioca pearls, flatten them, wrap them with taro paste, close the mouth, put them into the mold and press to release them (you can wrap them with a little corn starch to prevent sticking)
4️⃣Put them into the steamer, put oil paper on the bottom, steam them for 25 minutes after the water boils, simmer for 5 minutes after steaming, and sprinkle some osmanthus flowers after taking them out
