平底鍋🍳就能搞定~ 芋泥腦袋快來沖
🌈食材:
高筋麵粉200g
紫薯粉5g
白糖20g
酵母2g
泡打粉3g
玉米油10g
水110g
芋泥餡:
芋頭240g
紫薯粉4g
白糖25g
煉乳10g
淡奶油70g
牛奶45g
🌈做法:
1⃣️熟芋頭+白糖+煉乳+紫薯粉+淡奶油+牛奶放入料理機中攪打細膩後倒入碗中冷藏備用。
2⃣️高筋麵粉+酵母+泡打粉+白糖+紫薯粉攪拌均勻,加入玉米油和水混合均勻揉成團,附上保鮮膜靜置15分鐘後繼續揉成光滑的麵糰。
3⃣️將麵糰分成8份並搓圓,取一個麵糰擀扁,放上芋泥餡,收口包緊整理成型,放入平底鍋中,開小火加熱,煎至表面金黃後需翻面煎,翻面要勤,煎至兩面金黃,加入少量水,蓋蓋燜至水干即可出鍋。

🌈Method:
1⃣️Put cooked taro + white sugar + condensed milk + purple potato flour + whipped cream + milk in a food processor and beat until smooth, then pour into a bowl and refrigerate for later use.
