1️⃣黃油隔熱水融化 消化餅乾裝入保鮮袋敲碎 和黃油混合拌勻 倒入模具中壓實
2️⃣吉利丁片提前泡軟備用 奶油奶酪軟化打順滑加入糖粉攪拌均勻 加入90克酸奶拌勻 分次加入淡奶油攪拌均勻
3️⃣吉利丁片隔熱水融化倒入慕斯液中攪勻 最後再加入10克檸檬汁攪拌均勻 倒入六寸模具中冷藏4小時左右即可
