💛麵糰食材💛

高筋麵粉200克,雞蛋1個,牛奶85克,細砂糖20克,鹽2.5克,酵母2.5克,黃油18克

💛夾餡食材💛

土豆泥250克,素培根60克,鹽1.5克,芝士碎50克,黑胡椒適量

🌈做法

1⃣️土豆切塊蒸熟後壓成泥,素培根切塊放入鍋里煎熟,土豆泥+培根+鹽+黑胡椒+芝士碎拌勻,分成每個35克搓圓放入冰箱冷藏備用

2⃣️除黃油以外所有食材打至厚膜,加入軟化的黃油打至手套膜,麵糰整理光滑蓋上保鮮膜發酵至兩倍大

3⃣️5克可可粉+5克高筋麵粉+5克玉米澱粉混合均勻

4⃣️ 一發好的麵糰分成6個劑子滾圓蓋上保鮮膜鬆弛15分鐘,麵糰用手壓成圓形,放入培根芝士餡,兩頭捏緊後再將側面收口捏緊,放入盤裡裹滿粉後用筷子壓出幾個洞,溫度35度濕度75%發酵45分鐘

5⃣️二發好的麵包放入預熱好的烤箱中層上下火170度18分鐘(烤制10分鐘時加蓋錫紙防止上色過深)
