5⃣️Take out the baked cake and shake it twice to shake out the heat. No need to turn it upside down. It can be demoulded when it is warm (it will taste better after refrigeration!)
⚠️Tips
❶If you use a removable bottom mold like me, you need to wrap more than two layers of tin foil at the bottom of the mold to prevent water vapor from entering the mold during the water bath method
❷Don't beat the egg whites too soft, beat them into small curved hooks with support as shown in the picture
