配方:
玉米面100g 中筋麵粉200g
酵母3g 純牛奶320g
雞蛋1個(大概50g蛋液) 白糖25g
蜜紅豆120g
做法:
1.除蜜紅豆以外的原料混合,攪拌成細膩麵糊,溫暖處醒發2倍大。

2.攪拌排氣,加入蜜紅豆。鍋里刷少許油,小火烙至兩面微黃,表面凝固了烙另一面。

可以晚上拌好麵糊,冰箱冷藏發酵
早上直接烙就可以了

Method:
