🔥私房爆火巧克力燕麥脆🍫解饞飽腹小零食!今天用燕麥做個巧克力燕麥脆
吃不了甜的話,可以將配方中的黑巧換成更苦的,我這個配方做出來甜度剛好~而且連我兒子都喜歡吃,我根據自己的喜好調整了配方,也加了量~
💛脆燕麥食材💛
燕麥150克,蜂蜜45克,椰子油35克,紅糖8克
💛黑巧脆皮食材💛
黑巧克力140克,椰子油15克,黃油薄脆30克
🌈做法
1⃣️蜂蜜+椰子油+紅糖加熱至冒泡後倒入燕麥里拌勻
2⃣️平鋪在烤盤中送入預熱好的烤箱中層150度25分鐘(烘烤10分鐘時翻面再繼續烤15分鐘)
3⃣️黑巧克力+椰子油隔熱水融化,加入脆燕麥和黃油薄脆翻拌均勻,用小勺子放進模具里,一邊放一邊壓緊實,送入冰箱冷凍20分鐘左右即可食用
⚠️小tips
❶配方可做21塊燕麥脆
❷我用的是15連圓柱矽膠模具,直徑4厘米高2厘米
❸燕麥烘烤結束時摸起來是軟的沒關係,冷卻後就變脆了,直接吃都很好吃😋

💛Crispy oatmeal ingredients💛
150g oatmeal, 45g honey, 35g coconut oil, 8g brown sugar
💛Dark chocolate crispy ingredients💛
140g dark chocolate, 15g coconut oil, 30g butter crisps
🌈Method
1⃣️Heat honey + coconut oil + brown sugar until bubbling and pour into oatmeal and mix well
2⃣️Spread it flat on a baking tray Place in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for 25 minutes (turn over after 10 minutes and continue baking for 15 minutes)
3⃣️ Melt the dark chocolate + coconut oil in hot water, add the crispy oats and butter crisps, stir evenly, put them into the mold with a small spoon, press them tightly while placing them, and put them in the refrigerator to freeze for about 20 minutes before eating
⚠️ Small tips
❶ The recipe can make 21 pieces of oatmeal crisps
❷ I used a 15-link cylindrical silicone mold, 4 cm in diameter and 2 cm in height
❸ It doesn』t matter if the oats feel soft when baking. They will become crispy after cooling, and they are delicious when eaten directly😋
