1⃣️奧利奧碎+黃油拌勻,倒入4寸模具中壓實,放冰箱冷藏備用。
2⃣️吉利丁片(素食者可改用吉利T)放冷水中泡軟,隔熱水融化成吉利丁液(素食者可改用吉利T)備用。
3⃣️250克酸奶一半量的吉利丁液攪勻,放冰箱冷凍15分鐘至凝固。
4⃣️剩餘酸奶+藍莓打成藍莓奶昔,加入剩餘吉利丁液(素食者可改用吉利T)攪勻。
5⃣️取出模具,倒入藍莓奶昔,放冰箱冷藏3小時以上,取出脫模,表面用藍莓裝飾一下即可。
tips: 模具是4寸加高的~藍莓打成奶昔後可以加少許檸檬汁攪勻,可以保持顏色好看~
