凍豆腐這樣腌,再和菠蘿一起烤!拿肉也不換!

今天做了烤凍豆腐,有菠蘿的加入,本身腌制入味濃郁的凍豆腐又有了清香的滋味~~吃到停不下來呀~聽說菠蘿生吃會吃人,所以還是加熱一下更保險哈哈!

材料🍍

凍豆腐 300克

菠蘿 適量

歐芹碎 少許(可省)

| 腌制醬料 |

醬油 2湯匙

老抽1茶匙

素蚝油1湯匙

龍舌蘭蜜2湯匙(或蜂蜜代替)

紅酒1湯匙

煙燻辣椒粉 1/2ラ匙

❤️步驟STEPS

1.將凍豆腐解凍後,按壓除去水分。放入保鮮盒中。

將"腌制醬料」所有調料混合均勻,倒入保鮮盒中。蓋上蓋子,搖晃均勻。放入冰箱冷藏過夜腌制。

將腌制好的凍豆腐和菠蘿穿成串(可省略)。放入烤箱或空氣炸鍋中,190度,烤12-15分鐘。

最後裝盤,撒上少許歐芹碎即可~

I heard that pineapple can eat people when eaten raw, so it is safer to heat it haha!

Material 🍍

Frozen tofu 300g

Pineapple appropriate amount

A little chopped parsley (optional) |

Marinade Sauce |

soy sauce 2 tablespoons

1 teaspoon dark soy sauce

1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce

2 tablespoons agave nectar (or substitute honey)

1 tablespoon red wine

2 tablespoons brewer's yeast Smoked paprika 1/2 tsp

Steps STEPS

After thawing the frozen tofu, press to remove the water.

Place in a crisper container.

Mix all the "marinated sauce" ingredients evenly and pour into a crisper. Cover and shake evenly. Refrigerate overnight to marinate. Thread the marinated frozen tofu and pineapple into skewers (optional). Place in the oven or air fryer at 190 degrees and bake for 12-15 minutes. Finally, put it on the plate and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley~
