外皮烤得酥酥脆脆的,一口下去直接爆漿,巧克力和奧利奧混合在一起的口味,真的有被驚艷到!!

🍫食材:低卡奶酪、奧利奧碎、巧克力豆

🥥做法:

1️⃣200g奶酪加25g代糖,攪拌均勻,加少許巧克力豆和奧利奧碎,攪拌均勻備用

2️⃣200g低筋麵粉加4g泡打粉、15g代糖、2g鹽,加入65g黃油,揉成沙粒狀,再加入110g牛奶,揉成麵糰,再加奧利奧碎,揉搓均勻

3️⃣取一小團包入奶酪,上面放奧利奧碎,放入空氣炸鍋170度烤15分鐘即可~
