♻️食材:淡奶油60克 雞蛋一個(約55克左右) 低粉200克 泡打粉6克 抹茶粉4克 砂糖35克 黃油50克 蜜紅豆50克
♻️做法:
1️⃣準備好食材,將淡奶油➕雞蛋攪拌均勻冷藏備用.碗中加入過篩的低粉、泡打粉、抹茶粉,加細砂糖混合勻
2️⃣加入切小塊的黃油,上手抓勻搓成細沙狀.加入蜜紅豆,再倒入淡奶油和雞蛋的混合液.⚠️新手餘留10克看乾濕狀態酌情添加
3️⃣翻拌均勻成團即可,不要揉面.移至揉面墊上壓扁一分為二,重疊壓扁再均分重複三次.最後擀開成1.5~2cm的厚片,用模具或杯子分割成圓形.邊角料重合按壓後擀開再分割直到用完
4️⃣間隔擺入烤盤表面刷蛋黃液,放入預熱好的風爐烤箱.上下火165°烘烤20分鐘,後續10分鐘加蓋錫紙防止上色過深
