自己做也太簡單了,我把一部分的糖替換成了煉乳,口感上會更加細膩
奶香味更濃,沒有煉乳的話就全部用糖就好啦
💛食材:
淡奶油160克|牛奶200克|奶粉35克|糖15克|煉乳10克|玉米澱粉10克
💛做法
1⃣️淡奶油+牛奶+奶粉+糖+煉乳攪拌均勻,放入鍋里開小火開始煮,加入玉米澱粉攪拌煮至慢慢變濃稠關火
2⃣️倒入雪糕模具里放入冰箱冷凍4小時以上或過夜
3⃣️煮的過程記住一直不停攪拌,這樣雪糕口感更加細膩哦

160g whipping cream | 200g milk | 35g milk powder | 15g sugar | 10g condensed milk | 10g corn starch
💛Method
