👉食材:低粉200克,玉米油80克、糖粉或細砂糖60克,雞蛋一個,小蘇打2克,泡打粉2克,刷面蛋黃一個,熟花生碎150克,芝麻少許

■做法:

1⃣準備好食材.碗中到入玉米油➕糖粉充分攪拌均勻,再倒入雞蛋攪拌充分攪拌均勻

2⃣篩入低粉➕小蘇打➕泡打粉,攪拌成團,再加入花生碎碎攪勻成團

3⃣將麵糰均分成34克一個.揉成小圓餅擺入烤盤.表面刷一層蛋黃液再撒上芝麻即可

4⃣烤箱提前170°預熱,將烤盤放入預熱好的烤箱中層,上下火170°烤25分鐘
