零失敗的芋泥烤蛋奶‼️鎖死這個配方|||風很大的芋泥烤蛋奶!烘焙小白也能拿捏!真的有種不顧人死活的好吃!奶香濃郁的蛋撻和香甜軟糯的芋泥,簡直就是神仙搭配,做法也是超簡單,芋泥控趕快安排起來吧!

👉食材(配方可做6杯,杯子容量150ml)

✅芋泥食材:芋頭250克,紫薯粉5克,淡奶油50克,牛奶40克,細砂糖20克

✅布丁液食材:蛋黃3個,細砂糖20克,淡奶油110克,牛奶150克

◾️做法:

1⃣、芋頭去皮切塊上鍋蒸熟倒入破壁機中,再加入剩餘食材,攪打成泥備用

2⃣、將蛋黃放入盆碗中,加入細砂糖攪拌均勻,再加入淡奶油和牛奶攪拌均勻,過濾兩遍,布丁液更細膩哦~

3⃣、把芋泥裝入裱花袋,擠在烤碗中(紙杯也可以),再倒入布丁液八分滿,將烤盤放入預熱好的烤箱中層,上下火175℃烤25分鐘,再轉200℃烤5分鐘左右,觀察上色,表面有焦糖色即可!
