低筋麵粉:105克

1️⃣黃油軟化加入糖粉和鹽,打蛋器打均勻
2️⃣過篩加入低筋麵粉和可可粉,用刮刀大致拌勻後再戴手套收下揉成團
3️⃣藉助油紙和刮板整理成直徑3cm的圓柱條,包好冷藏2小時以上(或者冷凍30分鐘)
4️⃣凍硬後裹上一層砂糖,用鋒利的刀切片,放烤盤上
5️⃣預熱好的烤箱165度烘烤20分鐘
6️⃣出爐轉移網架晾涼後,巧克力裝裱花袋裡隔熱水融化,擠上五官裝飾,鼻子部分先擠白巧凝固後再擠黑巧,腮紅用少許紅絲絨液或者色素加一點點水稀釋,用細毛筆或者棉簽點上腮紅即可
