牛奶200g丨細砂糖25g丨糯米粉110g丨玉米澱粉30g丨黃油15g丨抹茶粉3g
【做法】
1⃣牛奶➕白砂糖,攪拌溶解。加入糯米粉➕玉米澱粉攪拌均勻。
2⃣過濾一遍後,蓋上保鮮膜,扎孔,上鍋蒸20分鐘。
3⃣趁熱加入黃油,翻拌至完全吸收。
4⃣放涼一點後帶上手套揉光滑,加入抹茶粉,揉均勻。整理成長方形後切塊。
