我好像悟了 終於做出水光肌小饅頭!|||上次做水光肌饅頭失敗之後

網友說一發好做 這不就馬上來做了~

不是那種特別蓬鬆的

但是入口柔軟也有嚼勁

個人覺得真的好吃 蒸好就吃了三

小寶寶也可以吃喲!

用料:低筋麵粉100g 酵母粉1g 水50ml左右

(這個分量也是給寶寶做的小饅頭的量)

做法來了:

1️⃣把100g麵粉和1g酵母放入碗里

2️⃣加50ml左右的溫水 邊加邊順時針攪拌

3️⃣先揉成一個不光滑的麵糰

4️⃣蓋上保鮮膜放冰箱冷藏10分鐘醒面

5️⃣拿出麵糰加麵粉邊揉邊排氣 像搓衣服那樣~

6️⃣切開無氣孔就揉好了

7️⃣再揉成長條 用刀切成一小塊一小塊的

8️⃣放入蒸屜 鍋里加溫水 蓋上鍋蓋發酵45分鐘左右

按一下回彈就發好了

9️⃣水開上鍋蒸13分鐘 燜三分鐘就可以吃啦
