🍊食材:

🍊做法:

1️⃣砂糖桔剝皮,榨成汁,過篩一遍

2️⃣糯米粉+玉米澱粉+糖+桔子汁攪勻

3️⃣過篩到容器中,蓋保鮮膜,用牙籤扎幾個孔

4️⃣水開後上鍋蒸20分鐘,蒸好趁熱放黃油,拌勻

5️⃣戴手套反覆拉伸揉勻,包保鮮膜冷藏半小時

6️⃣搓成長條,撒熟糯米粉防粘,切成小塊
