食材:

燕麥片50g,玉米澱粉10g,代糖20g

蛋黃2個,牛奶400~440g都可

做法:

1️⃣鍋里倒入燕麥,加玉米澱粉,代糖,蛋黃,牛奶混合均勻,開中小火煮開,攪拌至濃稠

2️⃣濃稠後關火,分別倒入蛋糕紙杯中,放入冰箱冷藏一個小時左右凝固就可以了

3️⃣再倒扣出來放烤盤,表面刷蛋黃液,少量杏仁片裝飾一下,空氣炸鍋180度烤20分鐘就可以了
