食材:

黃油🧈60g,鹽1g,糖10g,牛奶120g

低筋粉80g,全蛋液3個🥚

奶油奶酪200g,抹茶粉3g,糖15g

做法:

1️⃣黃油,鹽,糖,牛奶一起混合倒入鍋里,小火加熱至融化沸騰就關火,直接倒入低筋麵粉

2️⃣混合攪拌至無乾粉,再開小火攪拌兩三分鐘,關火再倒出盤裡放涼,三個全蛋液分多次加入混合攪拌均勻

3️⃣攪拌至濃稠,麵糊提起來有倒三角狀就可以了,裝入裱花袋,分別擠入兩個6寸的磨具中鋪平,烤箱提前預熱好,再放入烤箱190度烘烤20分鐘即可

4️⃣奶油奶酪軟化,加入抹茶粉,糖混合攪拌至順滑

5️⃣烤好的泡芙蛋糕稍微放涼後,舀入抹茶奶酪塗抹均勻,再疊加上另一塊泡芙蛋糕

6️⃣放冰箱冷藏一下,表面撒上糖粉就可以吃啦🥳👍
