步驟
1⃣️150g玉米面加150g開水攪拌成絮狀(加開水燙過的玉米面吃起來會細膩一點)
2⃣️玉米面晾涼後加入1個雞蛋3g酵母3g鹽拌勻
3⃣️加入胡蘿蔔丁和焯水後切碎的菠菜,再加入100g麵粉揉成麵糰,發酵至兩倍大
4⃣️鍋中刷油,放入麵糰,煎至兩面金黃即可
